Use of the platform is subject to a subscription fee for the plan you select. Fees are communicated to you at sign-up, billed for the chosen billing cycle, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the data you add to the platform, such as menus, orders and inventory. You grant us the limited right to host and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

We work to keep Yojak.io available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yojak.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
